Mrs. Fulmer holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia.  She has fourteen years of teaching experience and has also earned her Gifted Endorsement.  Mrs. Fulmer is from Newnan and is married with two children.  She loves building relationships with her students and being part of the Whitesburg community.
