I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia.  Then I decided to further my education and earned my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Michigan University. I continue to keep current in the education field by attending various professional development courses throughout the year.

This is the 12th year I have been living my childhood dream of being a teacher.  I could not think of anything more fulfilling and rewarding.  I taught 1st grade in Douglas County for 10 years, then I made my exciting move to Whitesburg Elementary, and I have loved every minute of it.  I taught 3rd grade last year, and I am happy to return to 1st grade this year. I am proud to be a member of the Whitesburg Family.

My name is Nina Adair and I feel so thankful to have the honor to teach at Whitesburg Elementary.  Teaching is my passion and I could not imagine doing anything different with my life.   When I am not at work, I love spending time with my family and friends.  I have two smart and beautiful daughters, who both attend Whitesburg Elementary.  Kaymen is in 1st grade and Braylee is in Pre-K.  My daughters are the light of my life.  I also have 2 spoiled Chihuahuas at my house, Oscar and Roscoe. When and if I get any free time I enjoy cooking, watching Netlix, watching and going to sporting events, being by the water, and doing anything crafty.
