I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of West Georgia.  Then I decided to further my education and earned my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Central Michigan University. I continue to keep current in the education field by attending various professional development courses throughout the year.

This is the 14th year I have been living my childhood dream of being a teacher.  I could not think of anything more fulfilling and rewarding.  I taught 1st grade in Douglas County for 10 years, then I made my exciting move to Whitesburg Elementary in 2015, and I have loved every minute of it.  I taught 3rd grade for one year, 1st grade one year and I was lucky enough to loop up with my class and teach them again in 2nd grade. I will be teaching 2nd grade again this year and will have the honor of being our team leader. I am proud to be a member of the Whitesburg Family. I am excited for another amazing year!

My name is Nina Adair and I feel so thankful to have the honor to teach at Whitesburg Elementary.  Teaching is my passion and I could not imagine doing anything different with my life.   When I am not at work, I love spending time with my family and friends.  I have two smart and beautiful daughters, who both attend Whitesburg Elementary.  Kaymen is in 3rd grade and Braylee is in 1st grade.  My daughters are the light of my life.  I also have 3 spoiled dogs at my house, Oscar, Roscoe, and Ritzy. When and if I get any free time I enjoy having family game night with my daughters, watching Netlix with my best friend ,watching and going to sporting events (Georgia Tech football, Atlanta United, Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and NASCAR) , being by the water, and doing anything crafty.
